Shanxi Golden Diamond Petroleum Drill Tools Manufacturing Co., LTD, a division within the Third Geological Engineering institution of the Bureau of Geology Exploration in Shanxi Province, is a state-run enterprise, specializing in the manufacture of petroleum drill tools. Based in Jinzhong Economic and Technical Development Zone,Shanxi, the company is close to Taiyuan Airport and at easily accessible locations.
We have domestic-advanced specialized equipments and auxiliary
equipments. Above 85% employees have college degree or above, and 30%
of them have bacherlor degree or above in mechanical manufacturing,
mechanical design, oil drilling engineering and the related majors.
Meanwhile, the experts and professors of China University of Petroleum,
Taiyuan University of Technology, and CNPC Tubular Goods Research
Institute (TGRC) cooperate with us and provide us technical services.
Our products are API Spec7-1 certified and also ISO9001：2000 certified. We have thorough test and inspection methods such as chemical composition analysis of the material, mechanical perfdormance test of the half-finished, UT and geometric dimensioning inspection of the products to make sure that the manufature and machining during all the process can meet the quality requirements.
Our leading products are drill collars (type A, type B and type C), HWDP, kelly, petroleum casing pipes,all kinds of friction welding drill pipes, geological pipes, all kind of drilling tool joints, lifting subs and trenchless drilling tool, etc.
We have solid technical force, so besides the standrad products we can design special drill tools that meet drilling process requiments according with your actual production needs. |
