Later, Necero obtains the certification from TL Certification Center (TLC) in the Institute of Telecommunications under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of PRC, which is the qualification for the products to take part in the bid invitation of various major operators, such as China Post and Chine Telecom and so on.
