TianGuan High Pressure Membrane Filter Press adopts international advanced TPE membrane technology, so that ensure stable performance and long life-span, and widely used for various industries.  
Cakes from membrane filter press can be secondarily squeezed under max 1.6Mpa by water or air to realized the lowest cake residual moisture. In some wastewater treatment industries, the final cake can be used for landfill or burning directly.

The membrane filter press can realized fully automatic operation, after second squeezing process, the cake moisture could be 30%-50%.

Technology:

1.Excellent quality certificated by ISO and CE.  
2.PP plates have outstanding performance in high pressure and high pressure resisting; and they are good at acid & alkali resisting. 
3.Hydraulic station is steady in operation and easy in maintenance. Cylinder can realize 20-25MPa high closing pressure and ensure lowest cake moisture. 
4.Control system can realize fully automatic operation, such as auto closing, auto opening, automatic plate shifting, so that to save working time and manpower. 
5.Structure is made of high quality carbon steel Q235B and processed with sand blasting to remove rust and getting higher intensity and corrosion resistance. 
6..All beams are produced by making use of submerged arc auto welding technology. 
7.Side bars are covered by stainless steel 304, which can improve work efficiency of plate shifter.  
8.Good filter cloth features of high solid capture and easy to discharge cakes.
