The bevel gear drive wedge gate valve has a reasonable structure design, reliable sealing, smooth channel, and small flow resistance coefficient. 
 
The gate and valve seat sealing surface is made of iron-based alloy surfacing or Stellite cobalt-based hard alloy surfacing. It is wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, has good scratch resistance and long service life. 
 
Wedge-type elastic gate or steel wedge-type single-sluice plate structure adopts medium and large diameter to set the rolling bearing, the switch is flexible, and opening and closing is easy. 
 
The valve stem is tempered and nitrided on the surface and has good corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and wear resistance. 
 
Various piping flange standards and flange sealing surface types can be adopted to meet various engineering needs and user requirements.

Forged steel gate valves have three valve cap designs. The first type is a bolted valve cover. Valves designed according to this design form are connected to the valve body and the valve cover with bolts and nuts, and wound gaskets (made of 316 flexible graphite). When customers have special requirements, they can also use metal rings. The second design is a welded bonnet. According to this design, the valve body is screwed to the valve cover and fully welded. When customers have special requirements, full penetration welding can also be used. The third type is a pressure self-tightening valve cover. According to this type of design, the valve body is screwed to the valve cover, and the internal pressure is sealed from the sealing ring.
