It's used to embed wire and weld wire with chip at the same time, combine with the advantages of antenna embedding machine and bonding machine. This machine is researched and developed by yuanmingjie technology, it adopts domestic advanced ultrasonic wire embedding technology, which guarantee the precise wire embedding quality. 


Bonding system has the fine tuning device and it can adjust position automatically, which make sure the bonding process is under high precision and safety.


This model of wire embedding and welding machine can be installed 1-8 embedding heads and 5-8 welding heads according to different  production process, 5-8 welding heads can weld at the same time.

Feature:

1. Embedding antenna into the sheet that have been finished module placing, then welding antenna and module.


2. The whole sheet embedding and bonding finished only need once materials locating, high pass-rate of production.


3. Use advanced domestic ultrasonic wire embedding technology.


4. Use double pulse current inverter welding machine to weld.


5. Welding output pulse, voltage, current and time are digitized, easy adjustment with high precision.


6. Welding inverter can be adjusted conveniently according to production situation.


7. Servo system controls the position of welding heads, which ensure good welding quality and protect welding heads.


8. Welding heads can be adjusted at X, Y, Z direction.


9. Machine runs stable; Antennas are embedded well distributed.


10. Easy operation with low noise.


11. Main control system including: PC+ Motion control card + Servo system.


12. Materials locating use dowel pin, easy adjustment.


13. Servo system ensures accurate location.
