Full Auto Smart Contact Card Embedding Machine is used for chips module testing, laminating, cutting and implanting chip modules into milled cards which are made form plastic or other material. It is the integration of spot welding, module punching, glue preparation, implanting and testing. Multiple functions can fulfill perfectly the needs of smart card chip embedding process.

Features:

1. Film loading is controlled by servo motor with sensor detection. Faulty module will be distinguished automatically.


2. Special design and several press heats make a better lamination effort with fewer bubbles. It is easy to change hot press heats.


3. Servo motor working with high precision guide rail and lead screw. Module transfer position can be changed easily.


4. Special design for hot press station makes sure module sticking to plastic card tightly. It is convenient to change the hot pressers. Groups of hot pressing head ensure quality of the embedding process.


5. Double card operation. Cards transferred through belt driven by servo motor ensure the safety and stability of the machine.


6. Cavities milling detection (if there is a cavity, the card will be moved to be embedded, if there is no cavity on card, the card will be moved to waste loader, double-card detection, card direction detection and card position correction function.


7. Detect module presence or not before hot press. Will not start hot pressing if there is no module.


8. Cold pressing process is after hot pressing.


9. Hot pressing heads have X, Y direction trimming function. Do not need adjust home locating position of hot pressing heads when changing them.


10. There is cold water for hot press and cold press, ensure there is traceless after implanting.


11. ATR test system is used to monitor production, rejects wil be moved to waste loader.


12. Special feeding design avoids double cards caused by static electricity.


13. Strip IC tape stepping with high precision which is driven by servo system and monitored by sensor, and it is easy to be adjusted.


14. Punching tool is positioning by dowel and easy to change.


15. It can be select to embed 6 pin module or 8 pin module, no need to change punching tool, only need to change the hot pressing heads.
