Basic structure: oscillator system includes transducer, booster, horn (probe) and generator.

Characteristic: there is a hole in the center of the horn, the processed liquid flow into the hole of the horn, after inner horn ultrasonic processing, then flow out of the other hole of the horn. All liquid have processed by the ultrasonic equality and strongly, the flow volume can control as you like according to requirements. The smaller flow volume is, the stronger the ultrasonic will be, the shorter the ultrasonic working time will be. Every unit can process several hundreds kilogram per hour.


Frequency range: 15KHz20KHz28 KHz30 KHz35 KHz40 KHz50 KHz60 KHz

The lower frequency is, the larger per unite power will be; the higher frequency is, the lower per unite power will be.

Per unite nominal power: 0~3000W, power adjustable. Can be used many unites assembled.

Horn (probe) type and material can be made according to requirements.
