This series of full-computerized single-needle drum sock knitting machine can knit tabby, rib, mesh, terry, semi-terry, terry-jacquard, elastic jacquard, double-color socks heel, big socks heel, multi-layer rid cuff, left and night pattern socks, trouser-socks, cuff and head stripe, etc.

Technical character:

It adopts computer-controlled device made in Korea, which has close structure, complete function and feasible operation. The in/out operation of every brake of this device is controlled by data and the style of socks is changed by the input of pattern and chain procedure.

It has 8main feeders, 5 suits of assistant feeders and every suit has 3 yarn mouth, one sock can be 16 colors at most.

The yarn-sending speed of the elastic is controlled by step-advancing motor and can knit varies of elastic sock tubes.

It adopts clear and big display screen with selection of languages includes Chinese, English so the data of computer is very clear.

The lubricant oil system adopts computer-controlled procedure to add oil to keep more steady oil-adding quantity.
