The story of our company started in 1979,Website:http://www.zgtcclb.com, when we partnered with Shanghai Chemical Industry Design Institute to form a research and development program focused on magnetic drive pumps. And it mainly referring to the structure of the Japanese Ivic company for research and development.
By 1985, a series of direct-connected plastic magnetic centrifugal pump products to meet the needs of customers to transport various strongly corrosive chemical media can be produced. After the customer''s use, it''s reflected that the direct-connected magnetic centrifugal pump has many defects such as inconvenient disassembly, high power that cannot meet the needs of chemical plants, and a high failure rate. After market research and discussions with major pump research institutes, we decided to re-develop and produce a suspension type, double support, double cover plastic magnetic centrifugal pump.
At the beginning of 1986, we focused on the research of suspension type, double support and double cover plastic magnetic centrifugal pumps. After repeated experiments and demonstrations, we finally obtained the rotomolding process of the pump casing, and the carbon fiber reinforced plastic technology products were successfully developed for other overcurrent components. This has greatly improved the service life, safety, reliability and temperature resistance of the magnetic pump. As a result, customers tend to use this product, making the old direct-connected plastic magnetic centrifugal pumps gradually withdraw from the market and be eliminated. |
