Frozen cooked means we first cook the tuna with our professional boiler and then frozen the cooked meat. Tuna is a large ocean important commodity food fish. It is an oceanic warm water migrating fish, mainly distributed in low and middle latitudes, and widely distributed in the Pacific Ocean, the Atlantic ocean and India ocean. The East China Sea and the South China Sea are also distributed.

The fresh or frozen flesh of tuna is widely regarded as a delicacy in most areas where it is shipped, being prepared in a variety of ways for the sake of achieving specific flavors or textures. When served as a steak, the meat of most species is known for its thickness and tough texture. Some species (such as the bluefin) are also known for the sheer amount of blood they expel while being gutted.
