Automotive Pressure Sensor Products
Automotive intake manifold absolute pressure sensor (MAP) is the core business of our company. Our company designed and built a MAP calibration and testing platform, with the appropriate hardware and software support, the sensor can be calibrated for temperature and pressure, calibration and testing, we can supply customers with sensors of any pressure range between 0-1700KPA. So far our company has customized over 300 kinds of pressure sensor samples for more than dozens of clients at home and abroad, and mass production is more than 40 kinds. We offer our customers two kinds of pressure sensors, one is a single-chip sensor, so-8 package, 7.3x7.3x3.2mm; the other is the sensor module mounted on 11.6 * 13.6mm FR4 PCB square substrate, our customers don''t need additional circuit boards, reserve thermistor and the corresponding port pin on circuit board, a few space is still available on PCB board, increase MOS transistor to improve the pressure range or increase the capacitance and inductance to improve EMC performance on request of our clients. Performance indicators:operating temperature -40 ~ 125 ℃, room temperature (0-85 ℃) accuracy 1.5% FS, high & low temperature accuracy 2.5% FS. |
