The dominating products are slight-tension reducing mill for steel pipe production, and the square framework for seamless steel pipe sizing mill. As a result, we are regarded as the largest manufacturer of square framework for seamless steel pipe sizing mill and professional metallurgical tube-making manufacturer. Also we provide sizing and reducing mills which are used for seamless steel pipe and non-numerical controlled equipment which is used for metallurgical equipment, wheel gearing and gear coupling, etc. The technology level and stability of our products has arrived to the advanced level in our nation, the main domestic customers include Hengyang Valin Steel Tube Co., Ltd, Shandong Shouguang Juneng Special Steel Co., Ltd, Shandong Molong Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd, hangbao Precision Co., Ltd, Taiyuan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd, Taiyuan Tongze Heavy Industry Co., Ltd, Tianjing Seri Machinery Co, Ltd and Changshu Meili Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd, etc; We also have overseas customers such as SMS Meer, Tenaris and API.
The objective of our company is scientific and technical innovation, as a result, we have obtained various patent of invention and patent of utility model and have been authenticated as the new technology firm in China. Our company is one of the earliest factories which produce sizing and reducing mills and now we have developed more than 60 kinds of sizing and reducing mills. The sizing and reducing mills can used for any seamless steel pipes ranged from 20mm to 800mm which cover majority kinds of seamless steel pipes and can satisfy almost all the enterprises which produce seamless steel pipes. In 2011, our company had produced more than 2800 sets of sizing mills. Thanks to our good customer basis and excellent manufacturing level, besides the high market share of sizing and reducing mills, we also actively explore other kinds of standers, such as jacket and felt roll standers in order to make our company more competitive. |
