The Vulcan mixer with the best design of blade system. Proprietary designed die-pressed blades produce precise and consistent spirals and pitch to achieve a 3-way mixing action. This meets the toughest specifications from zero slump to 75mm rocks in dry and wet batching and the stringent uniformity standards of As1379 as confirmed by independent NATA Testing Authority.
The Vulcan mixer is constructed entirely of BHP supplied “Rheemalloy” steels whose tensile strength, hardness and abrasion resistance are 50% higher than ordinary mixers.
Dedicated hydraulic system adopted imported famous brand as Rexroth, Sauer. and ZF reduction gears.
