Taizhou Europ Mould & Plastic Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer and supplier of SMC mould, BMC mould, GMT mould, LFT mould & RTM mould in China.
Thanks to our experienced experts in R&D, Design, Engineering and quality control, we have a big advantage of technologies and quality. As a strong and reliable supplier, supported by its high quality moulds and using international quality standards like ISO/TS16949:2002, we have been able to attract a lot of local and international customer''s trust.
We aim at European standard and European quality level SMC mould, BMC mould, GMT mould, LFT mould & RTM mould and 90% of our moulds are exported to Europe and American.
Our involved main businesses are as follow:
1. Vehicle Parts (Mould): Bumper, face panel, underbody shield, front panel, engine hood, oil pan, footstep, beam, wing board, sunshade, car empennage etc.
2. Electric Parts (Mould): Electrical box, ammeter boxes, fuse box, anti-blast lamp base, switch, subway cable bracket, etc.
3. Sanitary Parts (Mould): shower room base ( tray ), bathtub, prefabricated bathroom, ceiling board, wainscot, sink, water tank panel, etc
4. More: SMC door skin ( We have our own patent for door wood grains), manhole cover, SMC helmet, GMT helmet, Shoe tip, SMC seat, Aluminum RTM mould, etc
5. All kind of fixtures: check fixture, cooling fixture, cutting fixture, bonding fixture, assembly fixture, etc
6. All kinds of high quality plastic injection moulds.
Our biggest advantages are as follow:
1. Technology & Quality: We''re devoting to SMC, BMC, GMT, LFT & RTM moulds all these years and have a lot of experience in manufacturing European and American standard high quality moulds. We have 500tons and 1500 tons presses to test moulds and laser detector to quality control mould and tryout samples.
2. Innovative & Professional Team: We have experienced engineers to design the moulds and fixtures, and each new mould design is finalized after 2-4 times technical meetings by group discussions. Responsible project managers track and control all the procedures of each mould manufacturing.
3. Lead time: We work 3 shifts, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. It can ensure us a much shorter lead time than our competitors
