Shentong Valve Factory was founded in 1987 with registered capital of RMB50,500,000.00 (Appr. 7.5 million US dollars). The factory covers a total land area of 14,000 square meters (1.4 hectares), placing 180 sets of machines. There are 28 technical engineers within 180 employees. Shentong is a professional enterprise specializing in ball valves manufacturing with a wide range of industrial applications. At present, our production capacity is full for exporting, annual output value reached RMB 110 millions (Appr. 16 million US dollars) in 2007. We supply different specifications of forging steel ball valves according to standard of API 6D. Our products of reliable and top quality win us high reputation and appreciations from global clients.
In order to provide best quality assurance and production service of plant integrity, we accomplished robust system of quality management; we successively obtain product certifications from DNV ISO 9001, API 6D and API607 valve fire test. Additionally, WZST has established modern chemistry and mechanics performance laboratory which installs up-to-date & sophisticated apparatuses for testing and examination, including: U.S. INNOV portable Spectrometer, hydraulic universal material analyzer, pendulous punching device, hydraulic lifting machine, ultrasonic non-destructive testing equipments, etc; also incorporates advanced pressuretesting for hydraulic control.
Supporting by R&D working group with more than 20 year''s experience in valve production and modern facilities, the company owns stronger developing competency and power. Lathes, sander, drilling and milling machines are digitalized and automotive control. Inventory warehouse deposits finished products, semi-finished goods and spare parts on stock.
Our ball valves are widely used for pipelines of pressure Class150-2500 and size of 1/2"-36". With applicable material, the medium can be of natural gas, oil, water, vapor, lubricant, liquid gas, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidative substance, carbamide and etc. under high or low temtperature. There have been broad scopes of application in chemical, petroleum, natural gas and metallurgical industries. |
