Established in 2010, Taipei, by Mr. Rick Chen, Ting Yu is the result of 10 years experience in the semiconductor market. The origin was to create a better service for the customers, by offering our knowledge of this market and by providing a wide range of goods due to our wide network of semiconductor suppliers in Asia.
With our highly competitive power, we provide computer components including good and ink dies memory modules (Samsung, Toshiba, Hynix, Micron…), memory cards (Mini SD, SDHC, Micro SD,), Ddram, Ddr2, Ddr3 and USB Flash Drives. We are also specialized in wafer assembly and test turn key service, repairing defective components. Good and ink die assembly &test turn key service and die test & package test are available as well. Our sourcing activities include also other products, computer screens, touch pads, laptops for instance.
