Anhui Boyi Fluid Power Transmission Co., Ltd was co-founded in January, 2008 by Hefei Sumsung Excavator Co., Ltd and Hefei Hi-tech Economic Development Zone. Its major investor, Hefei Sumsung Excavator Co., Ltd, founded in 1995, was devoted to construction machinery especially excavator hydraulic system and design, development, processing, manufacturing and after-sales maintenance of hydraulic components. Since 1998, Sumsung Excavator engaged itself in the localization of imported parts of construction machinery and automobile industry. It began to do supporting work for Hitachi Construction Machinery (China) Co., Ltd., Ankai stock company, ATLAS company, Heli Forklift Truck stock company, ABB China and other large enterprises. Now it has become these companies’ major supporting manufacturer. After more than ten years’ efforts, with the establishment of several R&D and manufacturing bases, Sumsung Excavator has become a well-known enterprise in construction machinery industry.
Anhui Boyi Fluid Power Transmission Co., Ltd, located in Shushan economic development zone, is a professional high-tech enterprise devoting to researching, developing and manufacturing high-pressure plunger-type pumps, clinoaxis pumps, multiple directional control valves and hydraulic motors. The total investment of the company is 162 million, of which 150 million is fixed asserts. The company mainly engaged in the production of various kinds of high pressure hydraulic pumps, multiple directional control valves, hydraulic motors and their spare parts and sensors. It also manages the design, consulting, production and sales of hydraulic systems.
The company has placed stress on cooperation and communication with Harbin Institute of Technology and Zhejiang University, who takes the lead in the field of fluid power transmission. It also introduces technologies from Rexroth, Harvey, Sauer - Danfoss, Vickers, Parker and other multinational companies. It set up a Research & Development Center of Fluid Power Transmission and Control with Harbin Institute of Technology, which helps to change the scientific research and theories into practical results. The company attaches great importance to the product quality and reputation, so the raw materials of key components are directly imported from Europe and United States. It also imported more than one CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, and established its own heat treatment workshop, forming its own unique heat treatment technology. Meanwhile, it is equipped with state-level testing center and comprehensive test-bed for hydraulic components, which guarantee reliable quality and stable performance. |
