Shandong Hongmin roller mould co.,ltd is established in 1997. The company is located in the convenient and beautiful Jinan North High-Tech Development Zone with an area of 17000 square meters. Its production workshop has an area of 7500 square meters. We are one of the largest professional roller mould factories in China.
We have 140 sets excellent equipments which can assure the products’ quality.
1) CNC Horizontal Lathe CKJ61160 (lathe bed turns 1600mm),
CK6780(lathe bed turns 800mm), CW61125 (lathe bed turns1250mm),
2)Vacuum Hardening Furnace

We have passed ISO9001:2000 international standard quality system certificate and complies strictly with high-frequency straight seam welded pipe company standard QB-01 and Cr12Mov large roller rough quality qualification JX-123-2002.
