Dongguan City Qingxi Starlight Mold and Hardware Products Factory was established in 1999. Covering an area of 10,000 square meters, we are specialized in manufacturing plastic injection moulds and parts and die-casting moulds.
We aim at satisfying customers' needs by performing ISO9001:2008 quality control system with a view to carrying out the principle of "quality first, people oriented, and the development of scientific and technological innovation". Our technicians now take the advantage of professional management to create superior products at low cost, with high quality and short-term delivery.
We are now in possession of 3 CNC machines, 3 precise molding grinders, 6 EDM machines, 2 cutters, 2 milling machines, and 7 injection and casting machines from 80 tons to 300 tons, which can be supplied to the moulding and casting production. Our company is accompanied with the software such as CAD, Pro/E, UG, and Mastream. We have also adopted C-MOLD to carry on plastic casting simulation analysis to ensure the precision.
We can offer a series of products to you, such as superior core moulds, superior machine core moulds, gear and rack moulds, computer peripheral keyboard moulds, keycaps, 128-hole keycaps, computer mice, and mobile phone covers. Our main supporting clients include Chicony Electronic Company, Eytech Electronic Company, Elstechi, A-Four, TopGlory, Goodnice, Yesheng, Foxconn, Silitek, and Yajinum. Our clients can be found in Japan, Brazil, Taiwan area, and Mainland China.
