Tongxiang Spring Rubber & Plastics Tech Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock enterprise integrating development, production and trade. Spring is endowed with ideal geographic conditions and convenient traffic, only 100 kilometers from Shanghai in the east, the largest harbor in China, and 60 kilometers from beautiful West Lake Hangzhou in the west.
Covering a floor area of 8,000 square meters and a building area of 6,000 square meters, Spring has a vigorous production and development team, and more than 80 employees. Including 5 engineers in charge of mould design and formulation development. Spring is capable of independently designing and manufacturing moulds according to customer supplied drawings or samples and technical requirements; in addition, Spring, by designing formulation in the light of material physical property, accurately and quickly develops the new products in accordance with customers' requirements.
Spring owns various kinds of professional equipments like compression molding machine, vacuum compression molding machine, injection molding machine, extrusion machine of different sizes and models as well as punch presses. Our products mainly include rubber stopper and cap, gasket, tube, sealing element, shock absorber, as well as various profile extrusion plastic parts. The rubber materials mainly cover silica gel, viton, butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber, ethylene-propylene diene copolymer, neoprene, natural gum, butadiene-styrene rubber, butyl rubber and the like. Plastic materials comprise nylon, makrolan, daicel, high-low pressure polyethylene, ABS, PVC and thermoplastic elastomers TPE and TPR.
Spring has established a complete quality system, and passed the certifications of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System respectively. With an independently quality guarantee team and a product quality testing laboratory, Spring, adopting America ASTM2000 and Japan JIS standards for testing the product quality, can make the tests on rubber physical and chemical properties to satisfy customer requirements.
