Jiefu Corporation was established in 1993 with headquarters in Shenzhen China. Over great efforts of the past decades, Jiefu has grown up as an integrated enterprise with six subsidiary companies and four equity joint ventures.
The main businesses and products include non-ferrous metals, mining, rare earth materials, flame retardant chemical materials, real estate development & sales, fund investment and etc. Jiefu Brand antimony Trioxide, flame retardant and flame-retardant master-batch are directly sold to Europe, America, Japan and South Korea etc and enjoy a good reputation in both domestic and oversea market.

It became one of the shareholders of Hunan Chenzhou Mining Group Co., Ltd. in 2004, and Chenzhou Mining Group was successfully listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange on 16 Aug 2008 (stock code: 002155), which lays a solid foundation for the continuous and steady development and investment diversion of the company.

In the course of development, Jiefu is also committed to paying back the society, and involves itself in the development of public welfare. In the year 2004, The Board Chairman Xie Jianlong made a donation of RMB ￥2 million to construct “Lianjiang Juntun Jianlong Primary School” in Lianjiang City, Guangdong, which is enough for 1,000 pupils. In the year 2008, another RMB ￥1 million was contributed to the earth-quake disaster area in Sichuan.
