Qingdao KeHai Biochemistry Co.Ltd2 which is a branch of Qing Dao Langyatai Group Co., Ltd, Sodium Gluconate branch was founded in 2005 March, at the beginning of 2005, Qingdao KeHai biological Co., Ltd followed with the group’s policy: Making the company bigger and stronger, and based on the market investigation and research adequately,company’s own advantages, company leaders decided to construct 10,000 tons of glucose sodium projects by reconstruction the original projects. At the end of April and early May 2005 ,the company completed the experiment of Sodium Gluconate fermentation by aspergillus, and the experiment products fully meet international standards.
At the same time the company designers designed the technical personnel of 10,000 tons sodium glucose fermentation process route and overall realize industrial automation control, refined extraction technology reaches to the international level. This process routes have been highly appreciated by Japanese fusang experts. This project has been started in July 2005, and the products reach national level and high quality.The production capability and product quality are all better than the design standard requires.
Qingdao KeHai Biochemistry Co.Ltd2, Sodium Gluconate branch now has 158 employees,among them above 90% have college degree, high-quality staff ensure the high quality of product, In order to guarantee the quality of products,company has equipped with advanced testing instruments - Swiss METTLER TOLEDO (METTLER TOLEDO), in product testing, at present, the quality of Sodium Gluconate has reached the international standard.
The series products of Glucose sour are KeHai biological Co., LTD’s another high-tech product after itaconic acid.Till now the products mainly include sodium gluconate, calcium gluconate, glucose sour lactone, its production adopts advanced technology and the microorganism fermentation refined extraction technology. Currently glucose sour series production scale has reached 50,000 tons/year, mainly contains industry-specific, food and pharmaceutical grade, can fully satisfy the needs of customers at home and abroad.
