Huangyan Shuangsheng Plastic Mould Co., Ltd. is a specialized enterprise in manufacturing SMC, BMC, GMT, LFT moulds and its products and we are one of the best companies who can make these kinds of moulds and products in China. The company is located in Huangyan, Zhejiang, China, which is a booming coastal city and well-known as the Village of Moulds and Plastics in China. Our company is very near to Haimen Harbor, Luqiao Airport, No. 104 National Highway and Yong-Tai-Wen Expressway, the traffic is very convenient.
Our company was founded in 2002, covering an area of over 10000sqm. Thanks to Taizhou Yongsheng Plastic Mould Co., Ltd and Huangyan Jiaokeng Chemical Plant, as a brother company of them, we got abundant mould making experiences and chemical additive producing experiences from them. The company is developing very fast these years and passed ISO9001 easily. We were recommended to be one of the best SMC/BMC Mould Suppliers in China by China Composites Industry Association (CCIA ) in 2006. Now we have all necessary equipment like: 2000 tons press machine, CNC machining centers, numerical control EDM, gun drills, numerical control lathes, 3D control detectors, etc, and we make moulds with high quality and high speed.
Our main businesses are SMC, BMC, GMT, LFT moulds and its products for four kinds of thing as below:
1. Vehicle internal and external parts: like bumper, engine hood, truck door, wing board, outside board of fore-surround, front panel, etc.
2. SMC door: We are very experienced in making all kind of SMC door and we have our own patent in making all kinds of wood grains.
3. Bathroom, toilet and kitchen equipment: like bathroom floor, ceiling board, wainscot, wash basin (from one bowl sank to three bowl sank), etc.
4. Electric apparatus and instrument: We produce series of family electric apparatus, electrical equipment boxes, ammeter boxes, high & low voltage switch, relay, etc.
Most important, as an OEM offer, we have great advantage in price in making FRP (SMC/BMC/GMT) products for you since we make mould by ourselves.
