Era JAPEN Co., Ltd., located in Tokyo of Japan, is a multinational enterprise in the industry of health-care products. ERA specializes in the R&D and production of cosmetics, beverage and soft gel capsules by using state-of-the-art equipment. In ERA's management team, excellent professionals from Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and mainland China are in charge of production and management with their ten years' experience obtained from famous enterprises. ERA, an enterprise with Japanese investment, holds the latest idea of product design. Beverage and Soft Get Capsule
ERA Bio-Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., with the approval of HACCP and ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System, is one of the first six SN approval trial enterprises in China, as well as the first enterprise with the approval of SN/T1433.1-2004 Food Safety Management Systems Requirements.

Japan is one of the countries that issue the highest requirements in health-care beverage and cosmetic products. ERA's products as Suzuran Sajee, Plateau Howkthorn, Agar Sajee and Snow Sajee are all exported to Japan, under strict quality inspection standards of Ministry of Health and Welfare of Japan.

In 2005, ERA was titled Top Credit-Focused Export Enterprise in 2005 by Shenzhen Import & Export Administration Committee.

ERA's modernized 100-thousand-grade purification workshop, covering an area of more than 26,000 square meters, helps ensure totally aseptic and non-polluted production condition.

Modernized pipelining-style operation system helps effectively raise production efficiency, up to the level of 80 bottles per minute and 800,000 per day using automatic filling machine and 800,000 capsules per day. We use product non-washing technique and PEG-production technology for quality monitoring to fully meet specific requirements of customers.

Non-difference quality control system is applied in whole production process. Through high-standard cold chain system and advanced sterilization technique, the transport and processing can be performed through sterile wholly-polished 316L stainless steel.

HACCP standard is carried out in three key control points, inspection of received raw materials, sterilization, and light inspection. Each product shall be subject to automatic inspection by advanced testing equipment, and also be delivered to authorized testing organization for further inspection.

Cosmetics:
With a modernized 100-thousand-grade purification GMP workshop covering an area of over 8,000 square meters, ERA can furnish customers with timely and customized services of OEM/ODM.

Using MIZUHO series vacuum emulsification equipment in 50Kg, 350Kg, 650Kg and 1,500Kg with digital control system and advanced technologies, ERA is capable of providing quality products with desirable luster, structure and ductibility.

ERA's advanced testing equipment from Japan help identify the stability of the products and the quality of raw and auxiliary materials. ERA's water processing system by ions exchange and reverse osmosis technology helps provide production-purpose purified water under related international standard. ERA's super 10-thousand-grade purification system leads to non-contact and aseptic environment.
