Qingdao Xinrise Auto Parts Co., Ltd is the leading manufacturer of brake discs, brake drums and brake pads in China. It is established in 1991 with registered capital of RMB 62.81 million. The company covers total area of 116090 m2, and has employees of more than 1100, among which there are 76 professional engineers.
We have the first-world-class equipments and superior brake system technology, and can produce and supply more than 1500 kinds of brake discs; 850 kinds of brake pads; 600 kinds of brake drums, which suit for more than 1000 car and truck models. We can also produce and process products according to the supplied drafts or samples from customers.
By the end of 2004, we have carried out ISO9001 and TS16949 one after another in order to standardize the production and management.The products are manufactured strictly under international standards. We produce and test the brake discs and brake drums according to the standards of SAE-J431 G3000, therefore our products have superior appearance and rather good performance. Our products have been sold to many countries and districts in the world including Europe, North America, Japan, Australia and Southeast Asia etc, and we won good reputation with bringing both quality and efficiency to them..
In 1997, we established Qingdao Xinrise Casting Co., Ltd, to manufacture automotive components and engineering machine components, such as brake calipers, fly wheels, pipe fittings and hand wheels etc. Due to the fast increase of export business, we opened Qingdao Kanghe Trade Co., Ltd in charge of overseas export for the products of two companies in 2001.
