Shuangxin Metal Product Co., Ltd established in 1996 and located in Xiabian Industry Area, Close to the DongGuan International Car Zone in Dongguan-Zhangmutou highway. We have advanced equipments and a professional team of high researchers and marketing staff members .Our products even sold far to Europe , America and Japan ect. We have built 3 branches including: Shuangxin Metal Factory, Shuangxin die casting Factory and Shuangxin plating factory. At present , we have more than 500 members and follow TS 16949 procedure to control our company.
Shuangxin Metal Factory provides CNC advanced equipments including: CNC computer lathe machine, table lathe machine, drilling machine ,milling machine, grinding machine and threading machine ect. The following items are our main products :
1. Stainless steel; , Alum. Iron and brass and plumbing products with various colors and styles.
2. It is applied for the lamps and lanterns , computers, electronics, fishing tools, Shoes’material sports apparatus, toies, stationeries, handbags and mechancian ect .Universal joints ‘ volume are raised to 18000000sets per year
3. Various fast joins and pneumatic tools
Shuangxin die casting Factory with advanced casting machine (Model:88T-400T) , we mainly produced various casting set that making of zinc alloy and Alum alloy , It is applies for the lamps and lanterns , plunbing products and electronics and so on . We provided a large molding warehouse that it will take us 15 days to mold.
Shuangxin Plating Factory provides advanced plating equipment . and its products can pass Rosh standard and we can supply many kinds of color for choosing . Such as nickel /chrome/brass/anti color /gold /silver and so on .
So we can control the products from mold tolling to products plating by ourselves .
