1. The m/c introduces entirely oil pressure and PLC full automatic computer control system. The products have the features like: little weight, high frothing, comfortable to wear, and low cost.
2. Adopting proportion pressure valve and speed control valve to precision control injection quantity & pressure ensure lasting produce high quality products. The high closing force of the mould-holder is realized with hydraulic cylinders that automatically compensate the different moulds' height. The closing of the moulds is assured in every thermal condition.
3. Per station have 2 moulds, per mould can standalone forcing, height of hold mould can auto control by the mould height, so it suit for all kinds of mould. Pressurize jar makes pressure distribute more uniformly for the big size mould, thus increase the mould operating life and products unease appear fash.
4. Increase the heating plate size, Great injecting quantity & exactitude suitable for the production of one-mold multi-pairs to increase the productivity and make a high value for clients.
5. Touching controlled man-machine interface- able to do continual check during production so as to make sure of the correct operation of "diagnosis and repair" the visible data result in easy operations.
6. Speedy injector movement-Driven by linear-track allowing speedy moving and precise positioning.
7. Rapid mould opening-Act by toggle mechanism, it opens the mould rapidly, and advanced the quality.
