Zibo Huachuang Fine Ceramics Co., Ltd. is a leading ceramic enterprise in China. We specialize in manufacturing of engineering ceramic products with materials of zirconia, alumina, zirconium silicate, mullite, and other composites.
Our products include different ceramic grinding media, which can be used for grinding and dispersing superfine powder with diameters range from 0.3 to 120 millimeters. We can also produce ceramic cylinders, plungers, ball valves, bearings, grinding mill lining sheets, cutting tools, textile scissors, hair-cutters, attrition sleeves, liners and other ceramic parts. Furthermore, ceramic chemical wadding balls for industrial use can also be manufactured in our company.
Engineering ceramic products have such excellent performances as wear-resistance, erosion-resistance, high-temperature resistance, high strength, and high hardness. They can be applied in working conditions that metal and polymer materials can not withstand. Thus they are widely used in petroleum and chemical industries, textile, electronics, power, aviation, porcelain, automobile, food processing, medical and paper making industries. Meanwhile, our engineering ceramic components have been used in oil pumps and petroleum and chemical industries with better performance than metal material.
In 2002, our ceramic plungers and ceramic cylinders used for oil pumps got support from the National 10th Five-Year Plan project which is engaged in high technology research and development sponsored by the national government. With another product listed in the National 863 Plan in 2003, we became the only enterprise that simultaneously undertakes two projects of the National 863 Plan.
