Shanghai Shibang Machinery Making Co., Ltd. established in 1998, is a professional manufacturer of crushers and mills. It locates in the beautiful PUDONG new district of Shanghai. And the new factory covers more than 70,000 square meters, which will be working soon after. Now it has more than 200 staff. After several years' research and development, Shibang has two series of products now. High-Pressure Suspension Mill
The machine is used to grind barite, limestone, kaolin, ceramics, slag, etc. whose Mohs’ hardness is below 9.3 scales. All the stuff is non-inflammable and non-explosive. The product size is adjustable in the range of 80-425 meshes. Compared with Raymond Grinding Mill, it has thinner grinding powder; and because of better design, it costs much lower.
Raymond Mill
The machine is used to grind barite, calcite, potash feldspar, talcum, marble, limestone, ceramics, etc. whose Mohs’ hardness is below 7 scales and humidity does not exceed 6%. All the stuff is non-inflammable and non-explosive. The product size is adjustable as required in the range of 100-325meshes. Now this series has a high ratio in home market. They are popular with cosmic companies and mineral factories. The powder is extremely fine.
High-Pressure Micro powder Mill
High-Pressure Micro Powder Mill assimilates new technology of Germany and Japan; this machine has solved the classifying difficulty of micro powder. The product size is between 500 meshes (25 micron) and 2500 (5 micron) meshes.
